An accomplished finance executive, who has raised over $ 1.40bn in real estate and commercial business requirements. Possessing a positive, yet realistic disposition and looking to share experience gained managing difficult strategy or growth situations. Possessing strong collaboration experience developed leading boards of directors, company management teams and finance teams, through risk and capital raising activities. Experienced across various financial, manufacturing and real-estate industries. Able to balance and communicate with varied stakeholder. Accomplished at understanding the operating environment and issues, sharing knowledge, and quickly making meaningful and lasting improvements.
He holds the regulatory licenses’, and maintains an operating environment with the highest degree of ethics, supported by Bachelor of Arts (double major in Economics and Management) from the
University of Guelph and professional designation is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute of Charlottesville VA.

Cory Taylor
Cory Taylor, Director, is an accomplished Payments and Financial Services Executive, having over 28 years of experience focused on Merchant Card Processing and Lending. He has both a skill and a passion for starting and growing new businesses and restructuring under-performing business lines, where operating improvements and cost savings can be achieved through process improvement and partnerships.
His most recent success, as Senior Vice President and Country Manager, was the de-Novo start-up for Elavon/US Bank in Canada. Cory began by developing a comprehensive strategic plan for the market entry and attained their Visa, MasterCard and Interac licensing. He followed that by developing the business and internal technology vital to their operations. Today Elavon/US Bank Canada have approximately 12% market share of (over 70,000) Merchants in Canada, $80MM in revenue.
Cory is adept at managing complex issues ranging from Strategic Planning, Compliance, and Go-To-Market analysis, through ongoing Product Development and implementation of integrated EMV, Contactless, and Mobile Payments solutions. He is comfortable managing large or small organizations to achieve meaningful, risk appropriate, revenue with measurable market share. While based in Toronto, he has managed both the Canadian and USA regions.
Cory holds a Bachelor of Arts (double major in Economics and Management) from the University of Guelph.
